Who we are
Sam Cartledge - Nurse-led Skin & Aesthetics is based at Luxe Salon & Training, 123 Fairfield Road, Stockton Heath, Warrington, WA4 2BU. For privacy enquiries, email skinworkaestheticssc@outlook.com.
Information you share
The contact form asks for your name, email address, treatment or enquiry type and message. When you submit the form, our website backend passes these details to Resend to deliver an email to the clinic’s Outlook inbox. Your email address is used as the reply-to address so we can respond directly to you, and to send an automatic acknowledgement of your enquiry. The acknowledgement does not repeat your message or treatment details. We do not save enquiries in a website database.
Resend and our email provider process the communication and may retain delivery records under their own policies. Please avoid sharing sensitive medical information in an initial enquiry. If you email us directly, your email provider also processes the communication.
How information is used
Information you send us is used to respond to your enquiry and manage client communication. It is not sold. We handle enquiries in line with applicable data protection requirements and retain communications only for as long as needed for those purposes or legal obligations.
To help prevent spam, the form includes a hidden field and uses temporary request counters. The counters use a hashed email address and expire after ten minutes; the enquiry content is not included in these counters.
Other services
Our website host may process technical information necessary to deliver and secure the site. Clicking Book Appointment takes you to the external Vagaro booking platform, whose own privacy information applies. Clicking the Instagram link takes you to Instagram. We do not run a booking widget or analytics on this website.

You can ask about information we hold, request correction or make a privacy enquiry by emailing skinworkaestheticssc@outlook.com. You may also contact the UK Information Commissioner's Office if you have a concern about how your information is handled.
