Important information about appointments, treatment and your care at the clinic.
Appointments & Cancellations
We operate a strict 48-hour cancellation policy.
Appointments cancelled, rescheduled or missed with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee.
No-shows may result in the full treatment fee being charged. Cancellation fees must be settled before another appointment can be booked.
Deposits & Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Treatments, packages, gift vouchers and products are non-refundable. Once treatment has been carried out, refunds are not provided.
Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.
Age Restriction
Aesthetic injectable treatments are available to clients aged 18 or over. The Teen Acne Facial and Dr Platon Cold Plasma are available from age 12, subject to assessment and with appropriate parental/guardian involvement and consent. Photographic identification may be requested.
Medical Consultations & Prescribing
Prescription-only treatments require a face-to-face consultation and assessment. A full medical history should be taken. Treatment may be declined if it is not clinically appropriate.
Consent
Written informed consent must be obtained before treatment. Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate medical information.
Zero Tolerance Policy
Abusive, aggressive, discriminatory, threatening or inappropriate behaviour towards the practitioner or others is not tolerated. An appointment may be ended and future treatment refused where behaviour presents a safety concern.
Right to Refuse Treatment
Treatment may be refused or discontinued where clinically inappropriate, consent cannot be obtained, relevant medical information has been withheld, the client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or behaviour creates a safety concern.
